DSG-Canusa medium wall heat shrink tubing is ideal for applications requiring high abrasion and impact resistance. It withstands moderate mechanical requirements of U.R.D., submersible, and direct burial installations. Typical applications are insulation of primary low voltage cables, strain relief, and mechanical protection, where weight is an important factor and durability is less critical. When heated to the shrink temperature of 120° C, this tubing will shrink to 1/3 of its original diameter. The thermoplastic adhesive liner provides complete environmental protection and insulation. Recommended for strain relief and environmental protection for electrical cables, HVAC systems, or other types of pipes or ducts.
